The St. Cloud HRA is governed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners. Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. Three Commissioners are City Council members and four Commissioners are at-large community members. The Board of Commissioners regular monthly meeting is typically on the 4th Wednesday of each month, with the Study Session beginning at 5:00pm and the Regular Meeting immediately following. November and December meetings are scheduled around the holidays.

The January 2025 meeting will be held on January 22, 2025 with a Study Session beginning at 5:00pm. The Regular Meeting will immediately follow, and is held in the St. Cloud HRA in the Board Room, located at 1225 West St. Germain Street, St. Cloud, MN 56301. Chair Nancy Gohman will be attending the meeting remotely from 493 Pine Street, Fairhope, Alabama 36532.
