Governance & Reports

The St. Cloud HRA is governed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners. Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. Three Commissioners are City Council members and four Commissioners are at-large community members. The Board of Commissioners regular monthly meeting is typically on the 4th Wednesday of each month, with the Study Session beginning at 5:00pm and the Regular Meeting immediately following. November and December meetings are scheduled around the holidays.

The April 2025 meeting will be held on April 23, 2025 with a Study Session beginning at 5:00pm at Germain Towers Apartments. The Regular Meeting will immediately follow, and is held in the Community Room at Germain Towers Apartments, located at 905 W St. Germain Street, St. Cloud, MN 56301.
