Governance & Reports

The St. Cloud HRA is governed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners. Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. Three Commissioners are City Council members and four Commissioners are at-large community members. The Board of Commissioners regular monthly meeting is typically on the 4th Wednesday of each month, with the Study Session beginning at 5:00pm and the Regular Meeting immediately following. November and December meetings are scheduled around the holidays.

The May 2025 meeting will be held on May 28, 2025 with a Study Session beginning at 5:00pm at the St. Cloud HRA The Regular Meeting will immediately follow, and is held in the Board Room, located at 1225 W St. Germain Street, St. Cloud, MN 56301.
