Effective July 15, 2024, the St. Cloud HRA will be closing all waiting lists due to a software conversion and data migration. The St. Cloud HRA will continue to admit applicants from the current waitlist.
The new software includes features that will improve client access, increase communication, and enhance ease of use for all involved.
The St. Cloud HRA anticipates the new client portal will be available August 5, 2024, and the HRA will start accepting new applications at that time. The St. Cloud HRA apologizes in advance for any issues closing our waiting list may present.
