Waiting Lists Update:
Effective April 1, 2023 the St. Cloud HRA will be closing the Project Based (PBA) Voucher Waiting Lists.
Effective September 1, 2022 the St. Cloud HRA will be closing the following waiting lists:
Empire, Wilson, Eastwood 1-bedroom units, Germain Towers, Grace McDowall, Brownstones 2 + 3-bedroom units, and Creeks 2-bedroom units.

Using your confirmation number received after you submitted your online application, please check the list below to see if you have qualified for the random lottery. The order of confirmation numbers is sequential, and does not reflect your place on the waitlist.
