The St. Cloud HRA is governed by a seven-member Board of Commissioners. Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. Three Commissioners are City Council members and four Commissioners are at-large community members. The Board of Commissioners regular monthly meeting is typically on the 4th Wednesday of each month, with the Study Session beginning at 5:00pm and the Regular Meeting immediately following. November and December meetings are scheduled around the holidays.

The July 2024 meeting will be held on July 24, 2024 with the Study Session beginning at 5:00pm. The meeting is held at the St. Cloud HRA in the Board Room, located at 1225 West St. Germain Street, St. Cloud, MN 56301.
