The Scattered Sites are comprised of 40 single family homes and 36 townhomes across the St. Cloud area.

Applicants must meet income limits, pass a criminal background check, credit screening, and verification of previous housing and provide verification of Citizenship status. Rent is based on 30% of gross income.
