Homestead Incentive Loan Program       

*Effective April 23, 2025, the Homestead Incentive Loan Program is suspended until more funding is available for the program.*

The Homestead Incentive loan program was created to aid in the revitalization of St. Cloud Core Neighborhoods and help counter the trend of non-owner occupied homes. The St. Cloud HRA will provide an incentive to qualified buyers who purchase a homestead in the St. Cloud city limits with a deferred loan of $5,000.
