The Creeks Townhomes consists of 24 units in four, two-story buildings located in a country setting in the City of St. Cloud near the Country Club and close access to I-94. Current monthly rents are $820 for a 2-bedroom and $945 for a 3-bedroom and are
subject to change. Security deposit is the same. Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
