As COVID-19 affects a growing number of people in our communities, the St Cloud HRA Office is open by appointment only. The HRA office will remained staffed and able to return phone calls to answer your questions. Income and household change forms are available in the outer lobby. Paperwork and other communication can be placed in the drop box in the outer lobby. A full list of staff and phone numbers can be found on our website under "Contact".

I need to report a household or income change for the voucher program?
Forms are available on our website voucher programs, current participants and in the outer lobby of the HRA office.

We are taking steps to ensure we will continue to be there for you to meet your needs. For the health and safety of everyone involved, we are open by appointment only. At this time we ask that if you have any questions or concerns related to your housing, to contact us at 320.252.0880 or lreis@stcloudhra.com.
We are in constant communication with local, state, federal agencies and health organizations to coordinate responses. We have staffing plans in place to ensure customer service.
