Swisshelm One and Two are two story apartment buildings with 32 apartments each (2 & 3 bedroom) located in Southwestern St. Cloud near I-94. The property is beautifully landscaped and secluded. Swisshelm One and Two is on the bus-line.
Each apartment has its own deck/patio and garage, two air conditioners, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There are two laundry rooms; one on each floor and a spacious community room. Each building has a tot lot with barbecue grills and picnic tables. Each building has a controlled entrance and are well-lit with video surveillance and onsite caretaker.
Current monthly rents are $920 for a 2-bedroom and $1,060 for a 3-bedroom and are subject to change. Security deposit is the same. Tenants are responsible for electric, cable, phone, and internet. Other utilities are included.
Vouchers are accepted. Small dogs and cats are allowed.
