Caretaker
Germain Towers Apartments (60 1-BR Section 8 New Construction housing units) is searching for a live-on-site caretaker(s). Duties include cleaning of common areas and shoveling and snow blowing of sidewalks; approximately 13 hours per week. Compensation is a rent-free 2-BR unit. Qualified applicant(s) must pass a background check and drug test.
Qualifications include high school diploma, preferred on-site caretaker experience and steady work history.
