Neighborhood Programs
The Neighborhood functions of the St. Cloud Housing and Redevelopment Authority includes the implementation of a number of programs to promote homeownership, neighborhood improvements and programs that serve low- to moderate income families.

Now Available: Rental Rehab Deferred Loan Program through Minnesota Housing and the St. Cloud HRA to bring rental property owners the opportunity to rehabilitate their existing rental housing and make sure that affordability is preserved for low and moderate households. Loans available from $25,000 - $300,000!

MHFA Homeowner Rehabilitation Loans
The Rehabilitation Loan Program assists low income homeowners in financing basic home improvements that directly affect the safety, habitability, energy efficiency or accessibility of their homes.
