Housing Rental Application
Housing Application - may be printed and returned by mail or dropped off at the HRA office, 1225 W St. Germain St, St. Cloud MN 56301.
The rental housing at the St. Cloud HRA consists of four funding areas. The four areas are Public Housing, Section 8 New Construction, Tax Credit and Affordable. Each of the areas have a Waiting List - In the past fiscal year, the Housing Department contacted 2,551 applicants. Buildings are Crime Free with live-in caretakers and high technology security cameras. Property managers have posted on-site hours for tenants to meet with them. Applicants for the subsidized housing units can be on more that one list at the same time. Rental housing is a combination of one, two, and three-bedroom units, townhomes and single family homes (up to 5 BR). All units are available only by application and after you have come to the top of the waiting list. The units are distributed in-part by the number in the household. Singles or couples are not eligible for townhomes or single family homes. All units are income based.
